What it does
Work orders
Every vehicle from first call to pickup, with the estimate and the claim attached to the car.
Insurance claims
Estimates and supporting photos sent to the adjuster, and the approval chased until it lands.
Scheduling
Estimate and drop-off appointments per shop, optionally synced two-way with that shop’s Google Calendar.
Payouts
What each technician, shop and rep is owed on a completed job.
Google Calendar
A shop may connect its own Google Calendar so that estimate and drop-off appointments booked here appear on that shop’s calendar, and so that times already busy on it are not offered to customers. It reads free/busy times and writes only the appointments it creates. It never reads the contents of unrelated events, and access can be revoked at any time from the shop’s settings or from the Google account.
