Terms of service

American Hail Network CRM is provided by American Hail Network (“the operator”) to partner paintless dent repair shops and their staff. Using it means accepting these terms. Access is granted by the operator; there is no public sign-up, and accounts may not be shared.

You are responsible for what happens under your login and for keeping it to yourself. Tell us promptly if you think it has been used by someone else. A shop owner or manager may create, change and remove accounts within their own workspace.

The customer records, estimates, photographs and claim information a shop enters belong to that shop. The operator stores and processes them to run the service. A shop may request an export or deletion of its workspace at any time by writing to support@americanhailnetwork.com. What we do with data is set out in the privacy policy.

Do not use this CRM to break the law, to store data you have no right to hold, to attempt to reach another shop’s workspace, or to interfere with the service. We may suspend an account that does.

A shop may connect third-party services, such as Google Calendar. Those services are governed by their own terms, and connecting or disconnecting one is the shop’s choice. We are not responsible for an outage or a change made by a third party.

We aim to keep the service running and to keep your data safe, but it is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in this CRM is legal, tax or insurance advice — an estimate or a payout figure it produces is a working number for your business to check, not a determination.

To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability arising from the service is limited to the fees paid for it in the twelve months before the claim.

A shop may stop using this CRM at any time. We may end access for non-payment or for a breach of these terms. On termination we will provide a reasonable opportunity to export the workspace before it is deleted.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified to shop owners by email, and the date at the top of this page will change.
